Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Bloom Tickets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Role

Bloom Tickets provides a software platform that enables event organizers (“Hosts”) to create, manage, and sell tickets to events.

Bloom Tickets is not the seller, merchant of record, or event organizer. All tickets are sold by Hosts directly to customers. Bloom Tickets acts solely as a technology platform facilitating transactions between Hosts and attendees.

3. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or host events.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not use Bloom Tickets for illegal or prohibited activities.

4. Payments & Fees

• Bloom Tickets charges a transparent fee per ticket sold, plus payment processing fees.
• Payment processing is provided by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
• By using Bloom Tickets, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
• Payments are processed on behalf of the Host and are settled directly to the Host’s Stripe account.
• Bloom Tickets does not take custody of funds or store cardholder payment information.

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information and honor all ticket sales.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle attendee data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Handle all customer service, refunds, and disputes related to their events.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer, unless otherwise required by law.
• Bloom Tickets is not responsible for event cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes between organizers and attendees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Tickets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Bloom Tickets is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of events hosted by organizers.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Bloom Tickets means you accept the new terms.

10. Affiliate Program

When you sign up with Bloom Tickets, you are automatically enrolled in our affiliate program. You will receive a unique affiliate link that you can share with others. For every ticket sold by a host who signs up using your affiliate link, you will earn 15% of Bloom Tickets’ service fee for that ticket. Payouts are processed according to our standard payment terms.

Impersonating ownership of Bloom Tickets or misrepresenting your affiliation with Bloom Tickets in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of any pending affiliate payouts.

11. Tax Responsibilities

As a host on Bloom Tickets, you are solely responsible for reporting, collecting, and submitting your taxes in compliance with your local laws and regulations. Bloom Tickets does not provide tax advice or assume responsibility for tax compliance. Sales tax will only be collected when configured in your dashboard with valid tax information.

Bloom Tickets is committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

13. Customer (Ticket Buyer) Terms

• When you purchase a ticket through Bloom Tickets, you are entering into a transaction directly with the event organizer (“Host”), not Bloom Tickets.
• The Host is solely responsible for the event, including its accuracy, fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds.
• Bloom Tickets acts only as a platform facilitating the transaction and is not responsible for the event or its delivery.
• Any issues related to your ticket purchase, including refunds or disputes, should be directed to the event organizer.
